Berber van der Woude is an organizational change advisor, facilitator, and coach who applies the lessons she learned as a conflict diplomat in her work with teams and leaders. She is passionate about boosting integrity, inclusion, humanity, and courage within the public sector, putting social value first instead of systems and their impediments.
Berber has over 13 years of experience working in the public sector, both in the Netherlands and abroad. She has worked as a diplomat in Colombia and the occupied Palestinian territories, and has also held various positions at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Berber is a graduate of the NHL Stenden Hogeschool, where she studied Social Work and Dienstverlening. She also completed the excellentieprogramma en ambassadeurschap at the csg Bogerman.
Berber is a strong advocate for human rights and social justice. She is particularly interested in issues related to the Middle East, conflict resolution, and gender equality.
In addition to her work as an organizational change advisor, Berber is also a regular speaker and writer on topics related to leadership, courage, and social change.
